I have had to make multiple calls throughout the years. I have always gotten professional and courteous service each time. From beginning to end, it's always been a good experience. When I call, I'm met with courteous, helpful, professional employees that handle any appointments I need. They even schedule around my availability as much as possible. Miguel from JB irrigation was terrific! He got right down to business and in a very timely manner completed the service. He found a leak and gave me the estimate before doing the work. He completed everything in short order. It was so refreshing to have such honest, good service from someone who did not pressure me into buying something! Actually, I would probably request for him to come out on the next service as well.
